I have had this stove for about 9 months and love it.I have had no mechanical or quality issues at all. When researching this range before I purchased it, I found a couple of reviews of problems after using the self cleaning cycle the very first time. With that in mind I have used the self cleaning cylce perhaps 4 or 5 times over the last 9 months so that any problem would be covered under warranty but I have not had any problems. The oven comes to temperature rapidly and I like the size and having 3 racks. The range top is the best feature. The continuous grate allows you to use the whole surface while cooking, sliding rather than picking up heavy pots.It also allows you to use a heavy large iron gridle over two burners and grill food.We use it over the medium and low burners and can get up to 600 degrees on the top.The power burner is very powerful and useful for large pots of water.I have not used the wok feature. The controls are easy and self explanatory.I like the controls on the front so I don't have to reach over the range top to use them; however, they are sensitive and you can touch something accidentily. But it beeps when you do, so its not really a problem. The only negative might be the weight of the two grates.Picking them up to clean them is a chore.
